Nu-trition is a company specialising in a gluten free range of biscuits which taste and have the texture, appearance and mouth feel of traditional wheat based products.
 
The range includes shortbread and Anzac biscuits which have proven very popular with all markets not just those requiring a gluten free diet.


Madeline Stevens heads the company and is a qualfied nutritionist specialising in those with wheat and gluten intolerences.

She is an associate member of The Coeliac Society and has identified a need in the market for tastier gluten free products.

Having experimented endlessly with alternate grains and flours Madeline has developed these recipes in the hope of combating her own wheat sensitivity using techniques she’s spent years developing.

Traditional recipes have developed into mouth watering gluten free delicacies.

All biscuits produced by the company are free from preservatives, artificial colours and flavours, and have been laboratory tested as being gluten free.
